To Ann Hey, personalty.
To wife Mary, extx., residue of estate, real and personal, during life.
To dau. Mary, estate at decease of wife. In event of her death without issue, land to pass to Johnathan Cottingham and Ann Hey jointly.

According to Dr. Matthew Wise in his book "The Boston Family" on p.380
Mary Rugg daughter of Furbury Rugg Mary Cottingham married David Adams, son of Phillip Adams Ann Crewe. Dr. Wise goes on to state "By his will signed 8 April 1702 and probated 3 March 1703/4, Rugg bequeathed to his daughter Mary all land "when her mother dies" (tracts "Littleworth," "Planner's Adventure"); if Mary should have no heirs, the land was to go to Jonathan Cottingham (his wife Mary's youngest brother) and to Ann Hey (daughter of George Hey); his wife Mary was named executrix; witnesses were George Hey, Charles Cottingham (Ann Wills 5:173)

David Adams was also married to Mary Cohoon (Colehoune).
