(1855-1946)and Laura Alice Haworth (1857-1936) Joseph was born in Weldon Iowa, a son of William Milton Cottingham and Charity Cook. William Milton was a son of Thomas Cottingham (1768-1855) and Lucy Sadler Barlow. The whole family followed Harry Cottingham (a son of Joesph) to the fertile Regina Plains of Milestone, Sask, Canada, where they were devout Quakers. |
